• Do you have a International shipping services?

No , Presently we are only available in India. But we can arrange a special case for you if our designed is liked by you.

• How do I confirm my order?

Once we receive your order and your payment is successful, we will send you a confirmation email with product details, along with the order value, shipping charges and delivery address. In case of cash on delivery we will send you status along with mail/message/call.

• How many days you take to deliver an order?

• When and how can I cancel an order ?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Order shipped" state). You can do so by calling us with the order number.

• How will my item be packaged?

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

• What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Call us immediately on our helpline number.

• How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through many reputed couriers on our panel. Our systems are extremely effective to automatically pick up the best suited shipper for your area. However, for certain postcodes not serviced by reputed couriers, we use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

• I got a wrong product?

If you get wrong product you can raise a refund/exchange of that product through Email/Call.

• I did not receive full order? / Order is Incomplete?

We always send order combined from our side. If you still face partial order issue. Raise a complain through your order detail. We will look into the matter and will deliver you your incomplete product.
